How to Make a Motion
Motions must be made one week in advance of the next business meeting via email (greenwoodgroupaa@gmail.com) or paper notice in the black box behind the front door (pictured below).
The maker of a motion must write their name on the motion and be present at the business meeting for discussion and vote.
No proxies allowed.
6 months before a motion can be brought forward again to avoid continuing debate.
